We picked up Toby's new glasses today. He looks soooo cool. They really do look great on him. I hope he can get used to them quickly and doesn't mind wearing them to terribly bad.

My left arm is numb from the elbow to my fingertips. It's really starting to scare me. I can't go through another surgery. This is exactly how I felt on the right side, before my surgery. Not as much pain, but more stress because I have an idea of what's to come. It took me 4 years to save enough sick time to have my surgery in Feburary. Not even a possibility I can do it again. April is gone now, and my mom is recovering from her surgery, so there would be no one to help with the kids and without the sick time, I'd be payless for 8 weeks. This is not good.
On the up side, my mom is doing fine. She went in to get her bandages changed and drainage tubes checked today and I guess it's all good. And April sent me a Yahoo IM today. We're going to meet for lunch next week, when I take the kids to Shelby for camp. So life is leveling off. Thank God.
Work is good. Kids are done with school on Thursday, then summer begins. I'm exhausted already. I pray for strength everyday.

Toby failed his eye exam. He has to get glasses. :-( He picked out some very nice glasses and we ordered them. They should be in in about a week. I had them to do transition lenses so he'd have built in sunglasses. I think the woman thought I was crazy spending that kind of money on a kid, but I thought they would be cool and he'd stand a better chance of wearing them then. We'll see. He's not very happy.
Got a busy day today. First have to pick up Carlee from her friend Torey's house. They had a birthday party sleepover last night. Then we're off to the Dr. office to get Carlee's new prescription for her synthroid. Then to the eye Dr. for Toby. I received a letter from the school on Thursday that Toby failed the vision screening. :-( So today, we're going to Integrity Eyeware in Grandville and getting his vision checked. I found them in the business directory from church. I'm looking forward to going and meeting them. Their truck, with Integrity Eyeware logos all over it, is parked at Resz Kids every week. That's cool. Toby will be able to relate to that. Have some familiarity. After the eye Dr. it's off to Randy's house to pick up Toby's fishing pole, and then to the Early On / Bright Beginnings annual picnic. Tonight after the picnic, Randy and I and the kids are heading down town to the Grand Rapids Art and Food Festival! We should all sleep well tonight.
